Befriend Your Brain™ started as a hunch — that the exercises emerging from my coaching sessions were too useful to stay buried. So I released them. Twelve exercises, built and refined over years of real coaching work with real people, designed to bring more joy, more ease, and more growth into your life.
It's a workbook. But it's also the backbone of what I do. It's how I think about the brain — not as an enemy to overcome, but as a well-intentioned companion that sometimes needs a little redirection.
The exercises are yours to do at your own pace, in any order, at any time. Some will take an afternoon. Some will take a month. All of them will ask something of you — and give something back.
