This isn't a course. It's not a one-off session. And it's not the kind of coaching where you hang up the call and figure out the rest on your own.

This is a monthly retainer — a sustained, real-time partnership built around your life as it is and how you want it to be.

What's Included

Most weeks, we meet for a 60-minute call. Sometimes we need more — and when we do, we take it. Up to two hours if the work calls for it.

Between calls, you get a few hours of my time per month. That's where the organizational brain comes in — building out a framework, thinking through a problem, putting together a plan, making something you've been avoiding manageable. The specific shape of that work depends on what you need. It's never the same twice.

We communicate by email, WhatsApp, voice notes, or a mix of all three — whatever works best for how you think and move through the world.

What It Looks Like

This different for every client. Here's a sample of what shows up:

  • A spending analysis so you finally know where the money goes — and a plan for where it should

  • A meal plan that accounts for your actual life, not the aspirational version of it

  • Tackling the adulting pile — the will, the budget, the taxes, the documents you can never find, the inbox, the home improvement project that's been on the list for two years

  • A framework for doing more of what you love — writing, pottery, travel, a language you've been meaning to learn — and less of what you don't

  • Decluttering your home, your calendar, your digital life, or all three

  • Building a habit that sticks — exercise, reading, meditation, journaling, sleep, whatever you keep starting and stopping

  • Researching the right people and tools for the big stuff — the realtor to sell your investment property, the home health aide for an aging parent, the fitness app you'll keep opening

  • A menopausal support plan — hormones, habits, doctors, whatever you need to feel like yourself again

  • Travel planning built around the way you travel — and then made into a trip you take

  • A career pivot you can see your way through

  • Aligning how you spend your money with what you believe — whether that's avoiding companies that conflict with your values (if you know, you know — and if you don't, start here), supporting small businesses, or just buying less in a world designed to make that hard

  • Figuring out how to eat better, live more sustainably, or make your day-to-day life a little more eco-conscious

  • Getting clarity on a decision you've been circling for months

  • Making sense of a life transition — a move, a job change, a relationship shift, a kid leaving home, a body in the middle of changing

The Investment

$1,000 per month.

The minimum commitment is three months. That's not an arbitrary number — it's how long it takes to get beneath the surface, build momentum, and start doing the thing instead of thinking about it.

A six-month package is available at a discount. Sliding scale spots open up from time to time — just ask.
